Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept insurance. I am a provider for the following insurance networks:
- Cigna Healthcare / Cigna Behavioral Health
- Aetna
- United Healthcare / United Behavioral Health
- TRICARE
- MH Net
- Some EAP Plans
Please obtain the following information from your insurance company before your first appointment:
- Your deductible and if it has been met
- Your co-pay
- Any pre-authorization
- How many sessions per year are you allowed
What if I don't have insurance?
I offer a sliding fee scale for those that do not have insurance. More information on the sliding fee scale is available upon contact.
